Once-Off Search
This allows you to perform a bulk search of suppliers in our database, by providing us with a list of your suppliers’ legal names VAT numbers and company registration numbers. From this you will receive a report containing the suppliers BEE information and certificates, which can be directly imported into your Mantis BEE Calculators. This service is charged per successful match, meaning no money is wasted on suppliers lacking BEE certificates
Supplier Management Solution
This product also allows you to perform a bulk search of suppliers in our database, by providing us with a list of your suppliers’ legal names VAT numbers and company registration numbers. Which can be imported directly into your Mantis BEE Calculators. However, the service does not end there. We provide monitoring of expired certificates, ensuring your suppliers’ certificates are always up-to-date. On top of this you will receive both a quarterly report as well as a final audit report. You will be provided with digital copies of these certificates.
